1Be not thou envious against evil men; Neither desire to be with them:

2For their heart studieth oppression, And their lips talk of mischief.

3Through wisdom is a house builded; And by understanding it is established;

4And by knowledge are the chambers filled With all precious and pleasant riches.

5A wise man is strong; Yea, a man of knowledge increaseth might,

6For by wise guidance thou shalt make thy war; And in the multitude of counsellors there is safety.

7Wisdom is too high for a fool: He openeth not his mouth in the gate.

8He that deviseth to do evil, Men shall call him a mischief-maker.

9The thought of foolishness is sin; And the scoffer is an abomination to men.

10If thou faint in the day of adversity, Thy strength is small.

11Deliver them that are carried away unto death, And those that are ready to be slain see that thou hold back.

12If thou sayest, Behold, we knew not this; Doth not he that weigheth the hearts consider it? And he that keepeth thy soul, doth not he know it? And shall not he render to every man according to his work?

13My son, eat thou honey, for it is good; And the droppings of the honeycomb, which are sweet to thy taste:

14So shalt thou know wisdom to be unto thy soul; If thou hast found it, then shall there be a reward, And thy hope shall not be cut off.

15Lay not wait, O wicked man, against the habitation of the righteous; Destroy not his resting-place:

16For a righteous man falleth seven times, and riseth up again; But the wicked are overthrown by calamity.

17Rejoice not when thine enemy falleth, And let not thy heart be glad when he is overthrown;

18Lest Jehovah see it, and it displease him, And he turn away his wrath from him.

19Fret not thyself because of evil-doers; Neither be thou envious at the wicked:

20For there shall be no reward to the evil man; The lamp of the wicked shall be put out.

21My son, fear thou Jehovah and the king; `And' company not with them that are given to change:

22For their calamity shall rise suddenly; And the destruction from them both, who knoweth it?

23These also are `sayings' of the wise. To have respect of persons in judgment is not good.

24He that saith unto the wicked, Thou art righteous; Peoples shall curse him, nations shall abhor him:

25But to them that rebuke `him' shall be delight, And a good blessing shall come upon them.

26He kisseth the lips Who giveth a right answer.

27Prepare thy work without, And make it ready for thee in the field; And afterwards build thy house.

28Be not a witness against thy neighbor without cause; And deceive not with thy lips.

29Say not, I will do so to him as he hath done to me; I will render to the man according to his work.

30I went by the field of the sluggard, And by the vineyard of the man void of understanding;

31And, lo, it was all grown over with thorns, The face thereof was covered with nettles, And the stone wall thereof was broken down.

32Then I beheld, and considered well; I saw, and received instruction:

33`Yet' a little sleep, a little slumber, A little folding of the hands to sleep;

34So shall thy poverty come as a robber, And thy want as an armed man.

1너는 악인의 형통함을 부러워하지 말며 그와 함께 있으려고 하지도 말지어다

2그들의 마음은 강포를 품고 그들의 입술은 재앙을 말함이니라

3집은 지혜로 말미암아 건축되고 명철로 말미암아 견고하게 되며

4또 방들은 지식으로 말미암아 각종 귀하고 아름다운 보배로 채우게 되느니라

5지혜 있는 자는 강하고 지식 있는 자는 힘을 더하나니

6너는 전략으로 싸우라 승리는 지략이 많음에 있느니라

7지혜는 너무 높아서 미련한 자가 미치지 못할 것이므로 그는 성문에서 입을 열지 못하느니라

8악행하기를 꾀하는 자를 일컬어 사악한 자라 하느니라

9미련한 자의 생각은 죄요 거만한 자는 사람에게 미움을 받느니라

10네가 만일 환난 날에 낙담하면 네 힘이 미약함을 보임이니라

11너는 사망으로 끌려가는 자를 건져 주며 살륙을 당하게 된 자를 구원하지 아니하려고 하지 말라

12네가 말하기를 나는 그것을 알지 못하였노라 할지라도 마음을 저울질 하시는 이가 어찌 통찰하지 못하시겠으며 네 영혼을 지키시는 이가 어찌 알지 못하시겠느냐 그가 각 사람의 행위대로 보응하시리라

13내 아들아 꿀을 먹으라 이것이 좋으니라 송이꿀을 먹으라 이것이 네 입에 다니라

14지혜가 네 영혼에게 이와 같은 줄을 알라 이것을 얻으면 정녕히 네 장래가 있겠고 네 소망이 끊어지지 아니하리라

15악한 자여 의인의 집을 엿보지 말며 그가 쉬는 처소를 헐지 말지니라

16대저 의인은 일곱 번 넘어질지라도 다시 일어나려니와 악인은 재앙으로 말미암아 엎드러지느니라

17네 원수가 넘어질 때에 즐거워하지 말며 그가 엎드러질 때에 마음에 기뻐하지 말라

18여호와께서 이것을 보시고 기뻐하지 아니하사 그의 진노를 그에게서 옮기실까 두려우니라

19너는 행악자들로 말미암아 분을 품지 말며 악인의 형통함을 부러워하지 말라

20대저 행악자는 장래가 없겠고 악인의 등불은 꺼지리라

21내 아들아 여호와와 왕을 경외하고 반역자와 더불어 사귀지 말라

22대저 그들의 재앙은 속히 임하리니 그 둘의 멸망을 누가 알랴

23이것도 지혜로운 자들의 말씀이라 재판할 때에 낯을 보아 주는 것이 옳지 못하니라

24악인에게 네가 옳다 하는 자는 백성에게 저주를 받을 것이요 국민에게 미움을 받으려니와

25오직 그를 견책하는 자는 기쁨을 얻을 것이요 또 좋은 복을 받으리라

26적당한 말로 대답함은 입맞춤과 같으니라

27네 일을 밖에서 다스리며 너를 위하여 밭에서 준비하고 그 후에 네 집을 세울지니라

28너는 까닭 없이 네 이웃을 쳐서 증인이 되지 말며 네 입술로 속이지 말지니라

29너는 그가 내게 행함 같이 나도 그에게 행하여 그가 행한 대로 그 사람에게 갚겠다 말하지 말지니라

30내가 게으른 자의 밭과 지혜 없는 자의 포도원을 지나며 본즉

31가시덤불이 그 전부에 퍼졌으며 그 지면이 거친 풀로 덮였고 돌담이 무너져 있기로

32내가 보고 생각이 깊었고 내가 보고 훈계를 받았노라

33네가 좀더 자자, 좀더 졸자, 손을 모으고 좀더 누워 있자 하니

34네 빈궁이 강도 같이 오며 네 곤핍이 군사 같이 이르리라

1I love Jehovah, because he heareth My voice and my supplications.

2Because he hath inclined his ear unto me, Therefore will I call `upon him' as long as I live.

3The cords of death compassed me, And the pains of Sheol gat hold upon me: I found trouble and sorrow.

4Then called I upon the name of Jehovah: O Jehovah, I beseech thee, deliver my soul.

5Gracious is Jehovah, and righteous; Yea, our God is merciful.

6Jehovah preserveth the simple: I was brought low, and he saved me.

7Return unto thy rest, O my soul; For Jehovah hath dealt bountifully with thee.

8For thou hast delivered my soul from death, Mine eyes from tears, `And' my feet from falling.

9I will walk before Jehovah In the land of the living.

10I believe, for I will speak: I was greatly afflicted:

11I said in my haste, All men are liars.

12What shall I render unto Jehovah For all his benefits toward me?

13I will take the cup of salvation, And call upon the name of Jehovah.

14I will pay my vows unto Jehovah, Yea, in the presence of all his people.

15Precious in the sight of Jehovah Is the death of his saints.

16O Jehovah, truly I am thy servant: I am thy servant, the son of thy handmaid; Thou hast loosed my bonds.

17I will offer to thee the sacrifice of thanksgiving, And will call upon the name of Jehovah.

18I will pay my vows unto Jehovah, Yea, in the presence of all his people,

19In the courts of Jehovah's house, In the midst of thee, O Jerusalem. Praise ye Jehovah.

1여호와께서 내 음성과 내 간구를 들으시므로 내가 그를 사랑하는도다

2그의 귀를 내게 기울이셨으므로 내가 평생에 기도하리로다

3사망의 줄이 나를 두르고 스올의 고통이 내게 이르므로 내가 환난과 슬픔을 만났을 때에

4내가 여호와의 이름으로 기도하기를 여호와여 주께 구하오니 내 영혼을 건지소서 하였도다

5여호와는 은혜로우시며 의로우시며 우리 하나님은 긍휼이 많으시도다

1너희 모든 나라들아 여호와를 찬양하며 너희 모든 백성들아 그를 찬송할지어다

2우리에게 향하신 여호와의 인자하심이 크시고 여호와의 진실하심이 영원함이로다 할렐루야

1Oh give thanks unto Jehovah; for he is good; For his lovingkindness `endureth' for ever.

8It is better to take refuge in Jehovah Than to put confidence in man.

17I shall not die, but live, And declare the works of Jehovah.

18Jehovah hath chastened me sore; But he hath not given me over unto death.

19Open to me the gates of righteousness: I will enter into them, I will give thanks unto Jehovah.

20This is the gate of Jehovah; The righteous shall enter into it.

21I will give thanks unto thee; for thou hast answered me, And art become my salvation.

22The stone which the builders rejected Is become the head of the corner.

23This is Jehovah's doing; It is marvellous in our eyes.

24This is the day which Jehovah hath made; We will rejoice and be glad in it.

25Save now, we beseech thee, O Jehovah: O Jehovah, we beseech thee, send now prosperity.

26Blessed be he that cometh in the name of Jehovah: We have blessed you out of the house of Jehovah.

27Jehovah is God, and he hath given us light: Bind the sacrifice with cords, even unto the horns of the altar.

28Thou art my God, and I will give thanks unto thee: Thou art my God, I will exalt thee.

29Oh give thanks unto Jehovah; for he is good; For his lovingkindness `endureth' for ever.

1ALEPH. Blessed are they that are perfect in the way, Who walk in the law of Jehovah.

2Blessed are they that keep his testimonies, That seek him with the whole heart.

3Yea, they do no unrighteousness; They walk in his ways.

4Thou hast commanded `us' thy precepts, That we should observe them diligently.

5Oh that my ways were established To observe thy statutes!

6Then shall I not be put to shame, When I have respect unto all thy commandments.

7I will give thanks unto thee with uprightness of heart, When I learn thy righteous judgments.

8I will observe thy statutes: Oh forsake me not utterly.

9BETH. Wherewith shall a young man cleanse his way? By taking heed `thereto' according to thy word.

10With my whole heart have I sought thee: Oh let me not wander from thy commandments.

11Thy word have I laid up in my heart, That I might not sin against thee.

12Blessed art thou, O Jehovah: Teach me thy statutes.

13With my lips have I declared All the ordinances of thy mouth.

14I have rejoiced in the way of thy testimonies, As much as in all riches.

15I will meditate on thy precepts, And have respect unto thy ways.

16I will delight myself in thy statutes: I will not forget thy word.

17GIMEL. Deal bountifully with thy servant, that I may live; So will I observe thy word.

18Open thou mine eyes, that I may behold Wondrous things out of thy law.

19I am a sojourner in the earth: Hide not thy commandments from me.

20My soul breaketh for the longing That it hath unto thine ordinances at all times.

21Thou hast rebuked the proud that are cursed, That do wander from thy commandments.

22Take away from me reproach and contempt; For I have kept thy testimonies.

23Princes also sat and talked against me; `But' thy servant did meditate on thy statutes.

24Thy testimonies also are my delight `And' my counsellors.

25DALETH. My soul cleaveth unto the dust: Quicken thou me according to thy word.

26I declared my ways, and thou answeredst me: Teach me thy statutes.

27Make me to understand the way of thy precepts: So shall I meditate on thy wondrous works.

28My soul melteth for heaviness: Strengthen thou me according unto thy word.

29Remove from me the way of falsehood; And grant me thy law graciously.

30I have chosen the way of faithfulness: Thine ordinances have I set `before me'.

31I cleave unto thy testimonies: O Jehovah, put me not to shame.

32I will run the way of thy commandments, When thou shalt enlarge my heart.

33HE. Teach me, O Jehovah, the way of thy statutes; And I shall keep it unto the end.

34Give me understanding, and I shall keep thy law; Yea, I shall observe it with my whole heart.

35Make me to go in the path of thy commandments; For therein do I delight.

36Incline my heart unto thy testimonies, And not to covetousness.

37Turn away mine eyes from beholding vanity, And quicken me in thy ways.

38Confirm unto thy servant thy word, Which `is in order' unto the fear of thee.

39Turn away my reproach whereof I am afraid; For thine ordinances are good.

40Behold, I have longed after thy precepts: Quicken me in thy righteousness.

41VAV. Let thy lovingkindnesses also come unto me, O Jehovah, Even thy salvation, according to thy word.

42So shall I have an answer for him that reproacheth me; For I trust in thy word.

43And take not the word of truth utterly out of my mouth; For I have hoped in thine ordinances.

44So shall I observe thy law continually For ever and ever.

45And I shall walk at liberty; For I have sought thy precepts.

46I will also speak of thy testimonies before kings, And shall not be put to shame.

47And I will delight myself in thy commandments, Which I have loved.

48I will lift up my hands also unto thy commandments, which I have loved; And I will meditate on thy statutes.

49ZAYIN. Remember the word unto thy servant, Because thou hast made me to hope.

50This is my comfort in my affliction; For thy word hath quickened me.

51The proud have had me greatly in derision: `Yet' have I not swerved from thy law.

52I have remembered thine ordinances of old, O Jehovah, And have comforted myself.

53Hot indignation hath taken hold upon me, Because of the wicked that forsake thy law.

54Thy statutes have been my songs In the house of my pilgrimage.

55I have remembered thy name, O Jehovah, in the night, And have observed thy law.

56This I have had, Because I have kept thy precepts.

57HHETH. Jehovah is my portion: I have said that I would observe thy words.

58I entreated thy favor with my whole heart: Be merciful unto me according to thy word.

59I thought on my ways, And turned my feet unto thy testimonies.

60I made haste, and delayed not, To observe thy commandments.

61The cords of the wicked have wrapped me round; `But' I have not forgotten thy law.

62At midnight I will rise to give thanks unto thee Because of thy righteous ordinances.

63I am a companion of all them that fear thee, And of them that observe thy precepts.

64The earth, O Jehovah, is full of thy lovingkindness: Teach me thy statutes.

65TETH. Thou hast dealt well with thy servant, O Jehovah, according unto thy word.

66Teach me good judgment and knowledge; For I have believed in thy commandments.

67Before I was afflicted I went astray; But now I observe thy word.

68Thou art good, and doest good; Teach me thy statutes.

69The proud have forged a lie against me: With my whole heart will I keep thy precepts.

70Their heart is as fat as grease; But I delight in thy law.

71It is good for me that I have been afflicted; That I may learn thy statutes.

72The law of thy mouth is better unto me Than thousands of gold and silver.

73YODH. Thy hands have made me and fashioned me: Give me understanding, that I may learn thy commandments.

74They that fear thee shall see me and be glad, Because I have hoped in thy word.

75I know, O Jehovah, that thy judgments are righteous, And that in faithfulness thou hast afflicted me.

76Let, I pray thee, thy lovingkindness be for my comfort, According to thy word unto thy servant.

77Let thy tender mercies come unto me, that I may live; For thy law is my delight.

78Let the proud be put to shame; For they have overthrown me wrongfully: `But' I will meditate on thy precepts.

79Let those that fear thee turn unto me; And they shall know thy testimonies.

80Let my heart be perfect in thy statutes, That I be not put to shame.

81KAPH. My soul fainteth for thy salvation; `But' I hope in thy word.

82Mine eyes fail for thy word, While I say, When wilt thou comfort me?

83For I am become like a wine-skin in the smoke; Yet do I not forget thy statutes.

84How many are the days of thy servant? When wilt thou execute judgment on them that persecute me?

85The proud have digged pits for me, Who are not according to thy law.

86All thy commandments are faithful: They persecute me wrongfully; help thou me.

87They had almost consumed me upon earth; But I forsook not thy precepts.

88LAMEDH. Quicken me after thy lovingkindness; So shall I observe the testimony of thy mouth.

89For ever, O Jehovah, Thy word is settled in heaven.

90Thy faithfulness is unto all generations: Thou hast established the earth, and it abideth.

91They abide this day according to thine ordinances; For all things are thy servants.

92Unless thy law had been my delight, I should then have perished in mine affliction.

93I will never forget thy precepts; For with them thou hast quickened me.

94I am thine, save me; For I have sought thy precepts.

95The wicked have waited for me, to destroy me; `But' I will consider thy testimonies.

96MEM. I have seen an end of all perfection; `But' thy commandment is exceeding broad.

97Oh how love I thy law! It is my meditation all the day.

98Thy commandments make me wiser than mine enemies; For they are ever with me.

99I have more understanding than all my teachers; For thy testimonies are my meditation.

100I understand more than the aged, Because I have kept thy precepts.

101I have refrained my feet from every evil way, That I might observe thy word.

102I have not turned aside from thine ordinances; For thou hast taught me.

103How sweet are thy words unto my taste! `Yea, sweeter' than honey to my mouth!

104Through thy precepts I get understanding: Therefore I hate every false way.

105NUN. Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, And light unto my path.

106I have sworn, and have confirmed it, That I will observe thy righteous ordinances.

107I am afflicted very much: Quicken me, O Jehovah, according unto thy word.

108Accept, I beseech thee, the freewill-offerings of my mouth, O Jehovah, And teach me thine ordinances.

109My soul is continually in my hand; Yet do I not forget thy law.

110The wicked have laid a snare for me; Yet have I not gone astray from thy precepts.

111Thy testimonies have I taken as a heritage for ever; For they are the rejoicing of my heart.

112I have inclined my heart to perform thy statutes For ever, even unto the end.

113SAMEKH. I hate them that are of a double mind; But thy law do I love.

114Thou art my hiding-place and my shield: I hope in thy word.

115Depart from me, ye evil-doers, That I may keep the commandments of my God.

116Uphold me according unto thy word, that I may live; And let me not be ashamed of my hope.

117Hold thou me up, and I shall be safe, And shall have respect unto thy statutes continually.

118Thou hast set at nought all them that err from thy statutes; For their deceit is falsehood.

119Thou puttest away all the wicked of the earth like dross: Therefore I love thy testimonies.

120My flesh trembleth for fear of thee; And I am afraid of thy judgments.

121AYIN. I have done justice and righteousness: Leave me not to mine oppressors.

122Be surety for thy servant for good: Let not the proud oppress me.

123Mine eyes fail for thy salvation, And for thy righteous word.

124Deal with thy servant according unto thy lovingkindness, And teach me thy statutes.

125I am thy servant; give me understanding, That I may know thy testimonies.

126It is time for Jehovah to work; `For' they have made void thy law.

127Therefore I love thy commandments Above gold, yea, above fine gold.

128Therefore I esteem all `thy' precepts concerning all `things' to be right; `And' I hate every false way.

129PE. Thy testimonies are wonderful; Therefore doth my soul keep them.

130The opening of thy words giveth light; It giveth understanding unto the simple.

131I opened wide my mouth, and panted; For I longed for thy commandments.

132Turn thee unto me, and have mercy upon me, As thou usest to do unto those that love thy name.

133Establish my footsteps in thy word; And let not any iniquity have dominion over me.

134Redeem me from the oppression of man: So will I observe thy precepts.

135Make thy face to shine upon thy servant; And teach me thy statutes.

136Streams of water run down mine eyes, Because they observe not thy law.

137TSADHE. Righteous art thou, O Jehovah, And upright are thy judgments.

138Thou hast commanded thy testimonies in righteousness And very faithfulness.

139My zeal hath consumed me, Because mine adversaries have forgotten thy words.

140Thy word is very pure; Therefore thy servant loveth it.

141I am small and despised; `Yet' do I not forget thy precepts.

142Thy righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, And thy law is truth.

143Trouble and anguish have taken hold on me; `Yet' thy commandments are my delight.

144Thy testimonies are righteous for ever: Give me understanding, and I shall live.

145QOPH. I have called with my whole heart; answer me, O Jehovah: I will keep thy statutes.

146I have called unto thee; save me, And I shall observe thy testimonies.

147I anticipated the dawning of the morning, and cried: I hoped in thy words.

148Mine eyes anticipated the night-watches, That I might meditate on thy word.

149Hear my voice according unto thy lovingkindness: Quicken me, O Jehovah, according to thine ordinances.

150They draw nigh that follow after wickedness; They are far from thy law.

151Thou art nigh, O Jehovah; And all thy commandments are truth.

152Of old have I known from thy testimonies, That thou hast founded them for ever.

153RESH. Consider mine affliction, and deliver me; For I do not forget thy law.

154Plead thou my cause, and redeem me: Quicken me according to thy word.

155Salvation is far from the wicked; For they seek not thy statutes.

156Great are thy tender mercies, O Jehovah: Quicken me according to thine ordinances.

157Many are my persecutors and mine adversaries; `Yet' have I not swerved from thy testimonies.

158I beheld the treacherous, and was grieved, Because they observe not thy word.

159Consider how I love thy precepts: Quicken me, O Jehovah, according to thy lovingkindness.

160The sum of thy word is truth; And every one of thy righteous ordinances `endureth' for ever.

161SHIN. Princes have persecuted me without a cause; But my heart standeth in awe of thy words.

162I rejoice at thy word, As one that findeth great spoil.

163I hate and abhor falsehood; `But' thy law do I love.

164Seven times a day do I praise thee, Because of thy righteous ordinances.

165Great peace have they that love thy law; And they have no occasion of stumbling.

166I have hoped for thy salvation, O Jehovah, And have done thy commandments.

167My soul hath observed thy testimonies; And I love them exceedingly.

168I have observed thy precepts and thy testimonies; For all my ways are before thee.

169TAV. Let my cry come near before thee, O Jehovah: Give me understanding according to thy word.

170Let my supplication come before thee: Deliver me according to thy word.

171Let my lips utter praise; For thou teachest me thy statutes.

172Let my tongue sing of thy word; For all thy commandments are righteousness.

173Let thy hand be ready to help me; For I have chosen thy precepts.

1행위가 온전하여 여호와의 율법을 따라 행하는 자들은 복이 있음이여

2여호와의 증거들을 지키고 전심으로 여호와를 구하는 자는 복이 있도다

3참으로 그들은 불의를 행하지 아니하고 주의 도를 행하는도다

4주께서 명령하사 주의 법도를 잘 지키게 하셨나이다

5내 길을 굳게 정하사 주의 율례를 지키게 하소서

6내가 주의 모든 계명에 주의할 때에는 부끄럽지 아니하리이다

7내가 주의 의로운 판단을 배울 때에는 정직한 마음으로 주께 감사하리이다

8내가 주의 율례들을 지키오리니 나를 아주 버리지 마옵소서

9청년이 무엇으로 그의 행실을 깨끗하게 하리이까 주의 말씀만 지킬 따름이니이다

10내가 전심으로 주를 찾았사오니 주의 계명에서 떠나지 말게 하소서

11내가 주께 범죄하지 아니하려 하여 주의 말씀을 내 마음에 두었나이다

12찬송을 받으실 주 여호와여 주의 율례들을 내게 가르치소서

13주의 입의 모든 규례들을 나의 입술로 선포하였으며

14내가 모든 재물을 즐거워함 같이 주의 증거들의 도를 즐거워하였나이다

15내가 주의 법도들을 작은 소리로 읊조리며 주의 길들에 주의하며

16주의 율례들을 즐거워하며 주의 말씀을 잊지 아니하리이다

17주의 종을 후대하여 살게 하소서 그리하시면 주의 말씀을 지키리이다

18내 눈을 열어서 주의 율법에서 놀라운 것을 보게 하소서

19나는 땅에서 나그네가 되었사오니 주의 계명들을 내게 숨기지 마소서

20주의 규례들을 항상 사모함으로 내 마음이 상하나이다

21교만하여 저주를 받으며 주의 계명들에서 떠나는 자들을 주께서 꾸짖으셨나이다

22내가 주의 교훈들을 지켰사오니 비방과 멸시를 내게서 떠나게 하소서

23고관들도 앉아서 나를 비방하였사오나 주의 종은 주의 율례들을 작은 소리로 읊조렸나이다

24주의 증거들은 나의 즐거움이요 나의 충고자니이다

25내 영혼이 진토에 붙었사오니 주의 말씀대로 나를 살아나게 하소서

26내가 나의 행위를 아뢰매 주께서 내게 응답하셨사오니 주의 율례들을 내게 가르치소서

27나에게 주의 법도들의 길을 깨닫게 하여 주소서 그리하시면 내가 주의 기이한 일들을 작은 소리로 읊조리리이다

28나의 영혼이 눌림으로 말미암아 녹사오니 주의 말씀대로 나를 세우소서

29거짓 행위를 내게서 떠나게 하시고 주의 법을 내게 은혜로이 베푸소서

30내가 성실한 길을 택하고 주의 규례들을 내 앞에 두었나이다

31내가 주의 증거들에 매달렸사오니 여호와여 내가 수치를 당하지 말게 하소서

32주께서 내 마음을 넓히시면 내가 주의 계명들의 길로 달려가리이다

33여호와여 주의 율례들의 도를 내게 가르치소서 내가 끝까지 지키리이다

34나로 하여금 깨닫게 하여 주소서 내가 주의 법을 준행하며 전심으로 지키리이다

35나로 하여금 주의 계명들의 길로 행하게 하소서 내가 이를 즐거워함이니이다

36내 마음을 주의 증거들에게 향하게 하시고 탐욕으로 향하지 말게 하소서

37내 눈을 돌이켜 허탄한 것을 보지 말게 하시고 주의 길에서 나를 살아나게 하소서

38주를 경외하게 하는 주의 말씀을 주의 종에게 세우소서

39내가 두려워하는 비방을 내게서 떠나게 하소서 주의 규례들은 선하심이니이다

40내가 주의 법도들을 사모하였사오니 주의 의로 나를 살아나게 하소서

41여호와여 주의 말씀대로 주의 인자하심과 주의 구원을 내게 임하게 하소서

42그리하시면 내가 나를 비방하는 자들에게 대답할 말이 있사오리니 내가 주의 말씀을 의지함이니이다

43진리의 말씀이 내 입에서 조금도 떠나지 말게 하소서 내가 주의 규례를 바랐음이니이다

44내가 주의 율법을 항상 지키리이다 영원히 지키리이다

45내가 주의 법도들을 구하였사오니 자유롭게 걸어갈 것이오며

46또 왕들 앞에서 주의 교훈들을 말할 때에 수치를 당하지 아니하겠사오며

47내가 사랑하는 주의 계명들을 스스로 즐거워하며

48또 내가 사랑하는 주의 계명들을 향하여 내 손을 들고 주의 율례들을 작은 소리로 읊조리리이다

49주의 종에게 하신 말씀을 기억하소서 주께서 내게 소망을 가지게 하셨나이다

50이 말씀은 나의 고난 중의 위로라 주의 말씀이 나를 살리셨기 때문이니이다

51교만한 자들이 나를 심히 조롱하였어도 나는 주의 법을 떠나지 아니하였나이다

52여호와여 주의 옛 규례들을 내가 기억하고 스스로 위로하였나이다

53주의 율법을 버린 악인들로 말미암아 내가 맹렬한 분노에 사로잡혔나이다

54내가 나그네 된 집에서 주의 율례들이 나의 노래가 되었나이다

55여호와여 내가 밤에 주의 이름을 기억하고 주의 법을 지켰나이다

56내 소유는 이것이니 곧 주의 법도들을 지킨 것이니이다

57여호와는 나의 분깃이시니 나는 주의 말씀을 지키리라 하였나이다

58내가 전심으로 주께 간구하였사오니 주의 말씀대로 내게 은혜를 베푸소서

59내가 내 행위를 생각하고 주의 증거들을 향하여 내 발길을 돌이켰사오며

60주의 계명들을 지키기에 신속히 하고 지체하지 아니하였나이다

61악인들의 줄이 내게 두루 얽혔을지라도 나는 주의 법을 잊지 아니하였나이다

62내가 주의 의로운 규례들로 말미암아 밤중에 일어나 주께 감사하리이다

63나는 주를 경외하는 모든 자들과 주의 법도들을 지키는 자들의 친구라

64여호와여 주의 인자하심이 땅에 충만하였사오니 주의 율례들로 나를 가르치소서

65여호와여 주의 말씀대로 주의 종을 선대하셨나이다

66내가 주의 계명들을 믿었사오니 좋은 명철과 지식을 내게 가르치소서

67고난 당하기 전에는 내가 그릇 행하였더니 이제는 주의 말씀을 지키나이다

68주는 선하사 선을 행하시오니 주의 율례들로 나를 가르치소서

69교만한 자들이 거짓을 지어 나를 치려 하였사오나 나는 전심으로 주의 법도들을 지키리이다

70그들의 마음은 살져서 기름덩이 같으나 나는 주의 법을 즐거워하나이다

71고난 당한 것이 내게 유익이라 이로 말미암아 내가 주의 율례들을 배우게 되었나이다

72주의 입의 법이 내게는 천천 금은보다 좋으니이다

73주의 손이 나를 만들고 세우셨사오니 내가 깨달아 주의 계명들을 배우게 하소서

74주를 경외하는 자들이 나를 보고 기뻐하는 것은 내가 주의 말씀을 바라는 까닭이니이다

75여호와여 내가 알거니와 주의 심판은 의로우시고 주께서 나를 괴롭게 하심은 성실하심 때문이니이다

76구하오니 주의 종에게 하신 말씀대로 주의 인자하심이 나의 위안이 되게 하시며

77주의 긍휼히 여기심이 내게 임하사 내가 살게 하소서 주의 법은 나의 즐거움이니이다

78교만한 자들이 거짓으로 나를 엎드러뜨렸으니 그들이 수치를 당하게 하소서 나는 주의 법도들을 작은 소리로 읊조리리이다

79주를 경외하는 자들이 내게 돌아오게 하소서 그리하시면 그들이 주의 증거들을 알리이다

80내 마음으로 주의 율례들에 완전하게 하사 내가 수치를 당하지 아니하게 하소서

81나의 영혼이 주의 구원을 사모하기에 피곤하오나 나는 주의 말씀을 바라나이다

82나의 말이 주께서 언제나 나를 안위하실까 하면서 내 눈이 주의 말씀을 바라기에 피곤하니이다

83내가 연기 속의 가죽 부대 같이 되었으나 주의 율례들을 잊지 아니하나이다

84주의 종의 날이 얼마나 되나이까 나를 핍박하는 자들을 주께서 언제나 심판하시리이까

85주의 법을 따르지 아니하는 교만한 자들이 나를 해하려고 웅덩이를 팠나이다

86주의 모든 계명들은 신실하니이다 그들이 이유 없이 나를 핍박하오니 나를 도우소서

87그들이 나를 세상에서 거의 멸하였으나 나는 주의 법도들을 버리지 아니하였사오니

88주의 인자하심을 따라 나를 살아나게 하소서 그리하시면 주의 입의 교훈들을 내가 지키리이다

89여호와여 주의 말씀은 영원히 하늘에 굳게 섰사오며

90주의 성실하심은 대대에 이르나이다 주께서 땅을 세우셨으므로 땅이 항상 있사오니

91천지가 주의 규례들대로 오늘까지 있음은 만물이 주의 종이 된 까닭이니이다

92주의 법이 나의 즐거움이 되지 아니하였더면 내가 내 고난 중에 멸망하였으리이다

93내가 주의 법도들을 영원히 잊지 아니하오니 주께서 이것들 때문에 나를 살게 하심이니이다

94나는 주의 것이오니 나를 구원하소서 내가 주의 법도들만을 찾았나이다

95악인들이 나를 멸하려고 엿보오나 나는 주의 증거들만을 생각하겠나이다

96내가 보니 모든 완전한 것이 다 끝이 있어도 주의 계명들은 심히 넓으니이다

97내가 주의 법을 어찌 그리 사랑하는지요 내가 그것을 종일 작은 소리로 읊조리나이다

98주의 계명들이 항상 나와 함께 하므로 그것들이 나를 원수보다 지혜롭게 하나이다

99내가 주의 증거들을 늘 읊조리므로 나의 명철함이 나의 모든 스승보다 나으며

100주의 법도들을 지키므로 나의 명철함이 노인보다 나으니이다

101내가 주의 말씀을 지키려고 발을 금하여 모든 악한 길로 가지 아니하였사오며

102주께서 나를 가르치셨으므로 내가 주의 규례들에서 떠나지 아니하였나이다

103주의 말씀의 맛이 내게 어찌 그리 단지요 내 입에 꿀보다 더 다니이다

104주의 법도들로 말미암아 내가 명철하게 되었으므로 모든 거짓 행위를 미워하나이다

105주의 말씀은 내 발에 등이요 내 길에 빛이니이다

106주의 의로운 규례들을 지키기로 맹세하고 굳게 정하였나이다

107나의 고난이 매우 심하오니 여호와여 주의 말씀대로 나를 살아나게 하소서

108여호와여 구하오니 내 입이 드리는 자원제물을 받으시고 주의 공의를 내게 가르치소서

109나의 생명이 항상 위기에 있사오나 나는 주의 법을 잊지 아니하나이다

110악인들이 나를 해하려고 올무를 놓았사오나 나는 주의 법도들에서 떠나지 아니하였나이다

111주의 증거들로 내가 영원히 나의 기업을 삼았사오니 이는 내 마음의 즐거움이 됨이니이다

112내가 주의 율례들을 영원히 행하려고 내 마음을 기울였나이다

113내가 두 마음 품는 자들을 미워하고 주의 법을 사랑하나이다

114주는 나의 은신처요 방패시라 내가 주의 말씀을 바라나이다

115너희 행악자들이여 나를 떠날지어다 나는 내 하나님의 계명들을 지키리로다

116주의 말씀대로 나를 붙들어 살게 하시고 내 소망이 부끄럽지 않게 하소서

117나를 붙드소서 그리하시면 내가 구원을 얻고 주의 율례들에 항상 주의하리이다

118주의 율례들에서 떠나는 자는 주께서 다 멸시하셨으니 그들의 속임수는 허무함이니이다

119주께서 세상의 모든 악인들을 찌꺼기 같이 버리시니 그러므로 내가 주의 증거들을 사랑하나이다

120내 육체가 주를 두려워함으로 떨며 내가 또 주의 심판을 두려워하나이다

121내가 정의와 공의를 행하였사오니 나를 박해하는 자들에게 나를 넘기지 마옵소서

122주의 종을 보증하사 복을 얻게 하시고 교만한 자들이 나를 박해하지 못하게 하소서

123내 눈이 주의 구원과 주의 의로운 말씀을 사모하기에 피곤하니이다

124주의 인자하심대로 주의 종에게 행하사 내게 주의 율례들을 가르치소서

125나는 주의 종이오니 나를 깨닫게 하사 주의 증거들을 알게 하소서

126그들이 주의 법을 폐하였사오니 지금은 여호와께서 일하실 때니이다

127그러므로 내가 주의 계명들을 금 곧 순금보다 더 사랑하나이다

128그러므로 내가 범사에 모든 주의 법도들을 바르게 여기고 모든 거짓 행위를 미워하나이다

129주의 증거들은 놀라우므로 내 영혼이 이를 지키나이다

130주의 말씀을 열면 빛이 비치어 우둔한 사람들을 깨닫게 하나이다

131내가 주의 계명들을 사모하므로 내가 입을 열고 헐떡였나이다

132주의 이름을 사랑하는 자들에게 베푸시던 대로 내게 돌이키사 내게 은혜를 베푸소서

133나의 발걸음을 주의 말씀에 굳게 세우시고 어떤 죄악도 나를 주관하지 못하게 하소서

134사람의 박해에서 나를 구원하소서 그리하시면 내가 주의 법도들을 지키리이다

135주의 얼굴을 주의 종에게 비추시고 주의 율례로 나를 가르치소서

136그들이 주의 법을 지키지 아니하므로 내 눈물이 시냇물 같이 흐르나이다

137여호와여 주는 의로우시고 주의 판단은 옳으니이다

138주께서 명령하신 증거들은 의롭고 지극히 성실하니이다

139내 대적들이 주의 말씀을 잊어버렸으므로 내 열정이 나를 삼켰나이다

140주의 말씀이 심히 순수하므로 주의 종이 이를 사랑하나이다

141내가 미천하여 멸시를 당하나 주의 법도를 잊지 아니하였나이다

142주의 의는 영원한 공의요 주의 율법은 진리로소이다

143환난과 우환이 내게 미쳤으나 주의 계명은 나의 즐거움이니이다

144주의 증거들은 영원히 의로우시니 나로 하여금 깨닫게 하사 살게 하소서

145여호와여 내가 전심으로 부르짖었사오니 내게 응답하소서 내가 주의 교훈들을 지키리이다

146내가 주께 부르짖었사오니 나를 구원하소서 내가 주의 증거들을 지키리이다

147내가 날이 밝기 전에 부르짖으며 주의 말씀을 바랐사오며

148주의 말씀을 조용히 읊조리려고 내가 새벽녘에 눈을 떴나이다

149주의 인자하심을 따라 내 소리를 들으소서 여호와여 주의 규례들을 따라 나를 살리소서

150악을 따르는 자들이 가까이 왔사오니 그들은 주의 법에서 머니이다

151여호와여 주께서 가까이 계시오니 주의 모든 계명들은 진리니이다

152내가 전부터 주의 증거들을 알고 있었으므로 주께서 영원히 세우신 것인 줄을 알았나이다

153나의 고난을 보시고 나를 건지소서 내가 주의 율법을 잊지 아니함이니이다

154주께서 나를 변호하시고 나를 구하사 주의 말씀대로 나를 살리소서

155구원이 악인들에게서 멀어짐은 그들이 주의 율례들을 구하지 아니함이니이다

156여호와여 주의 긍휼이 많으오니 주의 규례들에 따라 나를 살리소서

157나를 핍박하는 자들과 나의 대적들이 많으나 나는 주의 증거들에서 떠나지 아니하였나이다

158주의 말씀을 지키지 아니하는 거짓된 자들을 내가 보고 슬퍼하였나이다

159내가 주의 법도들을 사랑함을 보옵소서 여호와여 주의 인자하심을 따라 나를 살리소서

160주의 말씀의 강령은 진리이오니 주의 의로운 모든 규례들은 영원하리이다

161고관들이 거짓으로 나를 핍박하오나 나의 마음은 주의 말씀만 경외하나이다

162사람이 많은 탈취물을 얻은 것처럼 나는 주의 말씀을 즐거워하나이다

163나는 거짓을 미워하며 싫어하고 주의 율법을 사랑하나이다

164주의 의로운 규례들로 말미암아 내가 하루 일곱 번씩 주를 찬양하나이다

165주의 법을 사랑하는 자에게는 큰 평안이 있으니 그들에게 장애물이 없으리이다

166여호와여 내가 주의 구원을 바라며 주의 계명들을 행하였나이다

167내 영혼이 주의 증거들을 지켰사오며 내가 이를 지극히 사랑하나이다

168내가 주의 법도들과 증거들을 지켰사오니 나의 모든 행위가 주 앞에 있음이니이다

169여호와여 나의 부르짖음이 주의 앞에 이르게 하시고 주의 말씀대로 나를 깨닫게 하소서

170나의 간구가 주의 앞에 이르게 하시고 주의 말씀대로 나를 건지소서

171주께서 율례를 내게 가르치시므로 내 입술이 주를 찬양하리이다

172주의 모든 계명들이 의로우므로 내 혀가 주의 말씀을 노래하리이다

173내가 주의 법도들을 택하였사오니 주의 손이 항상 나의 도움이 되게 하소서

174여호와여 내가 주의 구원을 사모하였사오며 주의 율법을 즐거워하나이다

175내 영혼을 살게 하소서 그리하시면 주를 찬송하리이다 주의 규례들이 나를 돕게 하소서

176잃은 양 같이 내가 방황하오니 주의 종을 찾으소서 내가 주의 계명들을 잊지 아니함이니이다

1In my distress I cried unto Jehovah, And he answered me.

2Deliver my soul, O Jehovah, from lying lips, `And' from a deceitful tongue.

3What shall be given unto thee, and what shall be done more unto thee, Thou deceitful tongue?

5Woe is me, that I sojourn in Meshech, That I dwell among the tents of Kedar!

1내가 환난 중에 여호와께 부르짖었더니 내게 응답하셨도다

2여호와여 거짓된 입술과 속이는 혀에서 내 생명을 건져 주소서

3너 속이는 혀여 무엇을 네게 주며 무엇을 네게 더할꼬

4장사의 날카로운 화살과 로뎀 나무 숯불이리로다

5메섹에 머물며 게달의 장막 중에 머무는 것이 내게 화로다

6내가 화평을 미워하는 자들과 함께 오래 거주하였도다

7나는 화평을 원할지라도 내가 말할 때에 그들은 싸우려 하는도다
