16And it came to pass at the end of seven days, that the word of Jehovah came unto me, saying,
17Son of man, I have made thee a watchman unto the house of Israel: therefore hear the word at my mouth, and give them warning from me.
18When I say unto the wicked, Thou shalt surely die; and thou givest him not warning, nor speakest to warn the wicked from his wicked way, to save his life; the same wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at thy hand.
19Yet if thou warn the wicked, and he turn not from his wickedness, nor from his wicked way, he shall die in his iniquity; but thou hast delivered thy soul.
20Again, when a righteous man doth turn from his righteousness, and commit iniquity, and I lay a stumblingblock before him, he shall die: because thou hast not given him warning, he shall die in his sin, and his righteous deeds which he hath done shall not be remembered; but his blood will I require at thy hand.
21Nevertheless if thou warn the righteous man, that the righteous sin not, and he doth not sin, he shall surely live, because he took warning; and thou hast delivered thy soul.
22And the hand of Jehovah was there upon me; and he said unto me, Arise, go forth into the plain, and I will there talk with thee.
23Then I arose, and went forth into the plain: and, behold, the glory of Jehovah stood there, as the glory which I saw by the river Chebar; and I fell on my face.
24Then the Spirit entered into me, and set me upon my feet; and he spake with me, and said unto me, Go, shut thyself within thy house.
25But thou, son of man, behold, they shall lay bands upon thee, and shall bind thee with them, and thou shalt not go out among them:
26and I will make thy tongue cleave to the roof of thy mouth, that thou shalt be dumb, and shalt not be to them a reprover; for they are a rebellious house.
27But when I speak with thee, I will open thy mouth, and thou shalt say unto them, Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: He that heareth, let him hear; and he that forbeareth, let him forbear: for they are a rebellious house.
16칠 일 후에 여호와의 말씀이 내게 임하여 이르시되
17인자야 내가 너를 이스라엘 족속의 파수꾼으로 세웠으니 너는 내 입의 말을 듣고 나를 대신하여 그들을 깨우치라
18가령 내가 악인에게 말하기를 너는 꼭 죽으리라 할 때에 네가 깨우치지 아니하거나 말로 악인에게 일러서 그의 악한 길을 떠나 생명을 구원하게 하지 아니 하면 그 악인은 그의 죄악 중에서 죽으려니와 내가 그의 피 값을 네 손에서 찾을 것이고
19네가 악인을 깨우치되 그가 그의 악한 마음과 악한 행위에서 돌이키지 아니하면 그는 그의 죄악 중에서 죽으려니와 너는 네 생명을 보존하리라
20또 의인이 그의 공의에서 돌이켜 악을 행할 때에는 이미 행한 그의 공의는 기억할 바 아니라 내가 그 앞에 거치는 것을 두면 그가 죽을지니 이는 네가 그를 깨우치지 않음이니라 그는 그의 죄 중에서 죽으려니와 그의 피 값은 내가 네 손에서 찾으리라
21그러나 네가 그 의인을 깨우쳐 범죄하지 아니하게 함으로 그가 범죄하지 아니하면 정녕 살리니 이는 깨우침을 받음이며 너도 네 영혼을 보존하리라
22여호와께서 권능으로 거기서 내게 임하시고 또 내게 이르시되 일어나 들로 나아가라 내가 거기서 너와 말하리라 하시기로
23내가 일어나 들로 나아가니 여호와의 영광이 거기에 머물렀는데 내가 전에 그발 강 가에서 보던 영광과 같은지라 내가 곧 엎드리니
24주의 영이 내게 임하사 나를 일으켜 내 발로 세우시고 내게 말씀하여 이르시되 너는 가서 네 집에 들어가 문을 닫으라
25너 인자야 보라 무리가 네 위에 줄을 놓아 너를 동여매리니 네가 그들 가운데에서 나오지 못할 것이라
26내가 네 혀를 네 입천장에 붙게 하여 네가 말 못하는 자가 되어 그들을 꾸짖는 자가 되지 못하게 하리니 그들은 패역한 족속임이니라
27그러나 내가 너와 말할 때에 네 입을 열리니 너는 그들에게 이르기를 주 여호와의 말씀이 이러하시다 하라 들을 자는 들을 것이요 듣기 싫은 자는 듣지 아니하리니 그들은 반역하는 족속임이니라
In a world that constantly demands more — more productivity, more achievement, more anxiety — Psalm 23 speaks a radical word of rest. The shepherd does not drive the sheep; he leads them. There is a profound difference between a God who demands and a God who guides. Today, where do you need to let the Shepherd lead you into rest?

Lord, help me to trust you as my shepherd today. In the places where I feel lack, remind me of your abundance. In the moments of striving, call me back to rest in you. Amen.

잠언 22장
1A `good' name is rather to be chosen than great riches, `And' loving favor rather than silver and gold.
2The rich and the poor meet together: Jehovah is the maker of them all.
3A prudent man seeth the evil, and hideth himself; But the simple pass on, and suffer for it.
4The reward of humility `and' the fear of Jehovah `Is' riches, and honor, and life.
5Thorns `and' snares are in the way of the perverse: He that keepeth his soul shall be far from them.
6Train up a child in the way he should go, And even when he is old he will not depart from it.
7The rich ruleth over the poor; And the borrower is servant to the lender.
8He that soweth iniquity shall reap calamity; And the rod of his wrath shall fail.
9He that hath a bountiful eye shall be blessed; For he giveth of his bread to the poor.
10Cast out the scoffer, and contention will go out; Yea, strife and ignominy will cease.
11He that loveth pureness of heart, `For' the grace of his lips the king will be his friend.
12The eyes of Jehovah preserve `him that hath' knowledge; But he overthroweth the words of the treacherous man.
13The sluggard saith, There is a lion without: I shall be slain in the streets.
14The mouth of strange women is a deep pit: He that is abhorred of Jehovah shall fall therein.
15Foolishness is bound up in the heart of a child; `But' the rod of correction shall drive it far from him.
16He that oppresseth the poor to increase his `gain', `And' he that giveth to the rich, `shall come' only to want.
17Incline thine ear, and hear the words of the wise, And apply thy heart unto my knowledge.
18For it is a pleasant thing if thou keep them within thee, If they be established together upon thy lips.
19That thy trust may be in Jehovah, I have made `them' known to thee this day, even to thee.
20Have not I written unto thee excellent things Of counsels and knowledge,
21To make thee know the certainty of the words of truth, That thou mayest carry back words of truth to them that send thee?
22Rob not the poor, because he is poor; Neither oppress the afflicted in the gate:
23For Jehovah will plead their cause, And despoil of life those that despoil them.
24Make no friendship with a man that is given to anger; And with a wrathful man thou shalt not go:
25Lest thou learn this ways, And get a snare to thy soul.
26Be thou not one of them that strike hands, `Or' of them that are sureties for debts.
27If thou hast not wherewith to pay, Why should he take away thy bed from under thee?
28Remove not the ancient landmark, Which thy fathers have set.
29Seest thou a man diligent in his business? he shall stand before kings; He shall not stand before mean men.
1많은 재물보다 명예를 택할 것이요 은이나 금보다 은총을 더욱 택할 것이니라
2가난한 자와 부한 자가 함께 살거니와 그 모두를 지으신 이는 여호와시니라
3슬기로운 자는 재앙을 보면 숨어 피하여도 어리석은 자는 나가다가 해를 받느니라
4겸손과 여호와를 경외함의 보상은 재물과 영광과 생명이니라
5패역한 자의 길에는 가시와 올무가 있거니와 영혼을 지키는 자는 이를 멀리 하느니라
6마땅히 행할 길을 아이에게 가르치라 그리하면 늙어도 그것을 떠나지 아니하리라
7부자는 가난한 자를 주관하고 빚진 자는 채주의 종이 되느니라
8악을 뿌리는 자는 재앙을 거두리니 그 분노의 기세가 쇠하리라
9선한 눈을 가진 자는 복을 받으리니 이는 양식을 가난한 자에게 줌이니라
10거만한 자를 쫓아내면 다툼이 쉬고 싸움과 수욕이 그치느니라
11마음의 정결을 사모하는 자의 입술에는 덕이 있으므로 임금이 그의 친구가 되느니라
12여호와의 눈은 지식 있는 사람을 지키시나 사악한 사람의 말은 패하게 하시느니라
13게으른 자는 말하기를 사자가 밖에 있은즉 내가 나가면 거리에서 찢기겠다 하느니라
14음녀의 입은 깊은 함정이라 여호와의 노를 당한 자는 거기 빠지리라
15아이의 마음에는 미련한 것이 얽혔으나 징계하는 채찍이 이를 멀리 쫓아내리라
16이익을 얻으려고 가난한 자를 학대하는 자와 부자에게 주는 자는 가난하여질 뿐이니라
17너는 귀를 기울여 지혜 있는 자의 말씀을 들으며 내 지식에 마음을 둘지어다
18이것을 네 속에 보존하며 네 입술 위에 함께 있게 함이 아름다우니라
19내가 네게 여호와를 의뢰하게 하려 하여 이것을 오늘 특별히 네게 알게 하였노니
20내가 모략과 지식의 아름다운 것을 너를 위해 기록하여
21네가 진리의 확실한 말씀을 깨닫게 하며 또 너를 보내는 자에게 진리의 말씀으로 회답하게 하려 함이 아니냐
22약한 자를 그가 약하다고 탈취하지 말며 곤고한 자를 성문에서 압제하지 말라
23대저 여호와께서 신원하여 주시고 또 그를 노략하는 자의 생명을 빼앗으시리라
24노를 품는 자와 사귀지 말며 울분한 자와 동행하지 말지니
25그의 행위를 본받아 네 영혼을 올무에 빠뜨릴까 두려움이니라
26너는 사람과 더불어 손을 잡지 말며 남의 빚에 보증을 서지 말라
27만일 갚을 것이 내게 없으면 네 누운 침상도 빼앗길 것이라 네가 어찌 그리하겠느냐
28네 선조가 세운 옛 지계석을 옮기지 말지니라
29네가 자기의 일에 능숙한 사람을 보았느냐 이러한 사람은 왕 앞에 설 것이요 천한 자 앞에 서지 아니하리라

1Praise ye Jehovah. Oh give thanks unto Jehovah; for he is good; For his lovingkindness `endureth' forever.
2Who can utter the mighty acts of Jehovah, Or show forth all his praise?
3Blessed are they that keep justice, And he that doeth righteousness at all times.
4Remember me, O Jehovah, with the favor that thou bearest unto thy people; Oh visit me with thy salvation,
5That I may see the prosperity of thy chosen, That I may rejoice in the gladness of thy nation, That I may glory with thine inheritance.
6We have sinned with our fathers, We have committed iniquity, we have done wickedly.
7Our fathers understood not thy wonders in Egypt; They remembered not the multitude of thy lovingkindnesses, But were rebellious at the sea, even at the Red Sea.
8Nevertheless he saved them for his name's sake, That he might make his mighty power to be known.
9He rebuked the Red Sea also, and it was dried up: So he led them through the depths, as through a wilderness.
10And he saved them from the hand of him that hated them, And redeemed them from the hand of the enemy.
11And the waters covered their adversaries; There was not one of them left.
12Then believed they his words; They sang his praise.
13They soon forgat his works; They waited not for his counsel,
14But lusted exceedingly in the wilderness, And tempted God in the desert.
15And he gave them their request, But sent leanness into their soul.
16They envied Moses also in the camp, `And' Aaron the saint of Jehovah.
17The earth opened and swallowed up Dathan, And covered the company of Abiram.
18And a fire was kindled in their company; The flame burned up the wicked.
19They made a calf in Horeb, And worshipped a molten image.
20Thus they changed their glory For the likeness of an ox that eateth grass.
21They forgat God their Saviour, Who had done great things in Egypt,
22Wondrous works in the land of Ham, `And' terrible things by the Red Sea.
23Therefore he said that he would destroy them, Had not Moses his chosen stood before him in the breach, To turn away his wrath, lest he should destroy `them'.
24Yea, they despised the pleasant land, They believed not his word,
25But murmured in their tents, And hearkened not unto the voice of Jehovah.
26Therefore he sware unto them, That he would overthrow them in the wilderness,
27And that he would overthrow their seed among the nations, And scatter them in the lands.
28They joined themselves also unto Baal-peor, And ate the sacrifices of the dead.
29Thus they provoked him to anger with their doings; And the plague brake in upon them.
30Then stood up Phinehas, and executed judgment; And so the plague was stayed.
31And that was reckoned unto him for righteousness, Unto all generations for evermore.
32They angered him also at the waters of Meribah, So that it went ill with Moses for their sakes;
33Because they were rebellious against his spirit, And he spake unadvisedly with his lips.
34They did not destroy the peoples, As Jehovah commanded them,
35But mingled themselves with the nations, And learned their works,
36And served their idols, Which became a snare unto them.
37Yea, they sacrificed their sons and their daughters unto demons,
38And shed innocent blood, Even the blood of their sons and of their daughters, Whom they sacrificed unto the idols of Canaan; And the land was polluted with blood.
39Thus were they defiled with their works, And played the harlot in their doings.
40Therefore was the wrath of Jehovah kindled against his people, And he abhorred his inheritance.
41And he gave them into the hand of the nations; And they that hated them ruled over them.
42Their enemies also oppressed them, And they were brought into subjection under their hand.
43Many times did he deliver them; But they were rebellious in their counsel, And were brought low in their iniquity.
44Nevertheless he regarded their distress, When he heard their cry:
45And he remembered for them his covenant, And repented according to the multitude of his lovingkindnesses.
46He made them also to be pitied Of all those that carried them captive.
47Save us, O Jehovah our God, And gather us from among the nations, To give thanks unto thy holy name, And to triumph in thy praise.
48Blessed be Jehovah, the God of Israel, From everlasting even to everlasting. And let all the people say, Amen. Praise ye Jehovah.
1할렐루야 여호와께 감사하라 그는 선하시며 그 인자하심이 영원함이로다
2누가 능히 여호와의 권능을 다 말하며 주께서 받으실 찬양을 다 선포하랴
3정의를 지키는 자들과 항상 공의를 행하는 자는 복이 있도다
4여호와여 주의 백성에게 베푸시는 은혜로 나를 기억하시며 주의 구원으로 나를 돌보사
5내가 주의 택하신 자가 형통함을 보고 주의 나라의 기쁨을 나누어 가지게 하사 주의 유산을 자랑하게 하소서
6우리가 우리의 조상들처럼 범죄하여 사악을 행하며 악을 지었나이다
7우리의 조상들이 애굽에 있을 때 주의 기이한 일들을 깨닫지 못하며 주의 크신 인자를 기억하지 아니하고 바다 곧 홍해에서 거역하였나이다
8그러나 여호와께서는 자기의 이름을 위하여 그들을 구원하셨으니 그의 큰 권능을 만인이 알게 하려 하심이로다
9이에 홍해를 꾸짖으시니 곧 마르니 그들을 인도하여 바다 건너가기를 마치 광야를 지나감 같게 하사
10그들을 그 미워하는 자의 손에서 구원하시며 그 원수의 손에서 구원하셨고
11그들의 대적들은 물로 덮으시매 그들 중에서 하나도 살아 남지 못하였도다
12이에 그들이 그의 말씀을 믿고 그를 찬양하는 노래를 불렀도다
13그러나 그들은 그가 행하신 일을 곧 잊어버리며 그의 가르침을 기다리지 아니하고
14광야에서 욕심을 크게 내며 사막에서 하나님을 시험하였도다
15그러므로 여호와께서는 그들이 요구하는 것을 그들에게 주셨을지라도 그들의 영혼은 쇠약하게 하셨도다
16그들이 진영에서 모세와 여호와의 거룩한 자 아론을 질투하매
17땅이 갈라져 다단을 삼키며 아비람의 당을 덮었고
18불이 그들의 당에 붙음이여 화염이 악인들을 살랐도다
19그들이 호렙에서 송아지를 만들고 부어 만든 우상을 경배하여
20자기 영광을 풀 먹는 소의 형상으로 바꾸었도다
21애굽에서 큰 일을 행하신 그의 구원자 하나님을 그들이 잊었나니
22그는 함의 땅에서 기사와 홍해에서 놀랄 만한 일을 행하신 이시로다
23그러므로 여호와께서 그들을 멸하리라 하셨으나 그가 택하신 모세가 그 어려움 가운데에서 그의 앞에 서서 그의 노를 돌이켜 멸하시지 아니하게 하였도다
24그들이 그 기쁨의 땅을 멸시하며 그 말씀을 믿지 아니하고
25그들의 장막에서 원망하며 여호와의 음성을 듣지 아니하였도다
26이러므로 그가 그의 손을 들어 그들에게 맹세하기를 그들이 광야에 엎드러지게 하고
27또 그들의 후손을 뭇 백성 중에 엎드러뜨리며 여러 나라로 흩어지게 하리라 하셨도다
28그들이 또 브올의 바알과 연합하여 죽은 자에게 제사한 음식을 먹어서
29그 행위로 주를 격노하게 함으로써 재앙이 그들 중에 크게 유행하였도다
30그 때에 비느하스가 일어서서 중재하니 이에 재앙이 그쳤도다
31이 일이 그의 공의로 인정되었으니 대대로 영원까지로다
32그들이 또 므리바 물에서 여호와를 노하시게 하였으므로 그들 때문에 재난이 모세에게 이르렀나니
33이는 그들이 그의 뜻을 거역함으로 말미암아 모세가 그의 입술로 망령되이 말하였음이로다
34그들은 여호와께서 멸하라고 말씀하신 그 이방 민족들을 멸하지 아니하고
35그 이방 나라들과 섞여서 그들의 행위를 배우며
36그들의 우상들을 섬기므로 그것들이 그들에게 올무가 되었도다
37그들이 그들의 자녀를 악귀들에게 희생제물로 바쳤도다
38무죄한 피 곧 그들의 자녀의 피를 흘려 가나안의 우상들에게 제사하므로 그 땅이 피로 더러워졌도다
39그들은 그들의 행위로 더러워지니 그들이 행동이 음탕하도다
40그러므로 여호와께서 자기 백성에게 맹렬히 노하시며 자기의 유업을 미워하사
41그들을 이방 나라의 손에 넘기시매 그들을 미워하는 자들이 그들을 다스렸도다
42그들이 원수들의 압박을 받고 그들의 수하에 복종하게 되었도다
43여호와께서 여러 번 그들을 건지시나 그들은 교묘하게 거역하며 자기 죄악으로 말미암아 낮아짐을 당하였도다
44그러나 여호와께서 그들의 부르짖음을 들으실 때에 그들의 고통을 돌보시며
45그들을 위하여 그의 언약을 기억하시고 그 크신 인자하심을 따라 뜻을 돌이키사
46그들을 사로잡은 모든 자에게서 긍휼히 여김을 받게 하셨도다
47여호와 우리 하나님이여 우리를 구원하사 여러 나라로부터 모으시고 우리가 주의 거룩하신 이름을 감사하며 주의 영예를 찬양하게 하소서
48여호와 이스라엘의 하나님을 영원부터 영원까지 찬양할지어다 모든 백성들아 아멘 할지어다 할렐루야
1O give thanks unto Jehovah; For he is good; For his lovingkindness `endureth' for ever.
2Let the redeemed of Jehovah say `so', Whom he hath redeemed from the hand of the adversary,
3And gathered out of the lands, From the east and from the west, From the north and from the south.
4They wandered in the wilderness in a desert way; They found no city of habitation.
5Hungry and thirsty, Their soul fainted in them.
6Then they cried unto Jehovah in their trouble, And he delivered them out of their distresses,
7He led them also by a straight way, That they might go to a city of habitation.
8Oh that men would praise Jehovah for his lovingkindness, And for his wonderful works to the children of men!
9For he satisfieth the longing soul, And the hungry soul he filleth with good.
10Such as sat in darkness and in the shadow of death, Being bound in affliction and iron,
11Because they rebelled against the words of God, And contemned the counsel of the Most High:
12Therefore he brought down their heart with labor; They fell down, and there was none to help.
13Then they cried unto Jehovah in their trouble, And he saved them out of their distresses.
14He brought them out of darkness and the shadow of death, And brake their bonds in sunder.
15Oh that men would praise Jehovah for his lovingkindness, And for his wonderful works to the children of men!
16For he hath broken the gates of brass, And cut the bars of iron in sunder.
17Fools because of their transgression, And because of their iniquities, are afflicted.
18Their soul abhorreth all manner of food; And they draw near unto the gates of death.
19Then they cry unto Jehovah in their trouble, And he saveth them out of their distresses.
20He sendeth his word, and healeth them, And delivereth `them' from their destructions.
21Oh that men would praise Jehovah for his lovingkindness, And for his wonderful works to the children of men!
22And let them offer the sacrifices of thanksgiving, And declare his works with singing.
23They that go down to the sea in ships, That do business in great waters;
24These see the works of Jehovah, And his wonders in the deep.
25For he commandeth, and raiseth the stormy wind, Which lifteth up the waves thereof.
26They mount up to the heavens, they go down again to the depths: Their soul melteth away because of trouble.
27They reel to and fro, and stagger like a drunken man, And are at their wits' end.
28Then they cry unto Jehovah in their trouble, And he bringeth them out of their distresses.
29He maketh the storm a calm, So that the waves thereof are still.
30Then are they glad because they are quiet; So he bringeth them unto their desired haven.
31Oh that men would praise Jehovah for his lovingkindness, And for his wonderful works to the children of men!
32Let them exalt him also in the assembly of the people, And praise him in the seat of the elders.
33He turneth rivers into a wilderness, And watersprings into a thirsty ground;
34A fruitful land into a salt desert, For the wickedness of them that dwell therein.
35He turneth a wilderness into a pool of water, And a dry land into watersprings.
36And there he maketh the hungry to dwell, That they may prepare a city of habitation,
37And sow fields, and plant vineyards, And get them fruits of increase.
38He blesseth them also, so that they are multiplied greatly; And he suffereth not their cattle to decrease.
39Again, they are diminished and bowed down Through oppression, trouble, and sorrow.
40He poureth contempt upon princes, And causeth them to wander in the waste, where there is no way.
41Yet setteth he the needy on high from affliction, And maketh `him' families like a flock.
42The upright shall see it, and be glad; And all iniquity shall stop her mouth.
43Whoso is wise will give heed to these things; And they will consider the lovingkindnesses of Jehovah. Psalm 108 A Song, A Psalm of David.
1여호와께 감사하라 그는 선하시며 그 인자하심이 영원함이로다
2여호와의 속량을 받은 자들은 이같이 말할지어다 여호와께서 대적의 손에서 그들을 속량하사
3동서남북 각 지방에서부터 모으셨도다
4그들이 광야 사막 길에서 방황하며 거주할 성읍을 찾지 못하고
5주리고 목이 말라 그들의 영혼이 그들 안에서 피곤하였도다
6이에 그들이 근심 중에 여호와께 부르짖으매 그들의 고통에서 건지시고
7또 바른 길로 인도하사 거주할 성읍에 이르게 하셨도다
8여호와의 인자하심과 인생에게 행하신 기적으로 말미암아 그를 찬송할지로다
9그가 사모하는 영혼에게 만족을 주시며 주린 영혼에게 좋은 것으로 채워주심이로다
10사람이 흑암과 사망의 그늘에 앉으며 곤고와 쇠사슬에 매임은
11하나님의 말씀을 거역하며 지존자의 뜻을 멸시함이라
12그러므로 그가 고통을 주어 그들의 마음을 겸손하게 하셨으니 그들이 엎드러져도 돕는 자가 없었도다
13이에 그들이 그 환난 중에 여호와께 부르짖으매 그들의 고통에서 구원하시되
14흑암과 사망의 그늘에서 인도하여 내시고 그들의 얽어 맨 줄을 끊으셨도다
15여호와의 인자하심과 인생에서 행하신 기적으로 말미암아 그를 찬송할지로다
16그가 놋문을 깨뜨리시며 쇠빗장을 꺾으셨음이로다
17미련한 자들은 그들의 죄악의 길을 따르고 그들의 악을 범하기 때문에 고난을 받아
18그들은 그들의 모든 음식물을 싫어하게 되어 사망의 문에 이르렀도다
19이에 그들이 그들의 고통 때문에 여호와께 부르짖으매 그가 그들의 고통에서 그들을 구원하시되
20그가 그의 말씀을 보내어 그들을 고치시고 위험한 지경에서 건지시는도다
21여호와의 인자하심과 인생에서 행하신 기적으로 말미암아 그를 찬송할지로다
22감사제를 드리며 노래하여 그가 행하신 일을 선포할지로다
23배들을 바다에 띄우며 큰 물에서 일을 하는 자는
24여호와께서 행하신 일들과 그의 기이한 일들을 깊은 바다에서 보나니
25여호와께서 명령하신즉 광풍이 일어나 바다 물결을 일으키는도다
26그들이 하늘로 솟구쳤다가 깊은 곳으로 내려가나니 그 위험 때문에 그들의 영혼이 녹는도다
27그들이 이리저리 구르며 취한 자 같이 비틀거리니 그들의 모든 지각이 혼돈 속에 빠지는도다
28이에 그들이 그들의 고통 때문에 여호와께 부르짖으매 그가 그들의 고통에서 그들을 인도하여 내시고
29광풍을 고요하게 하사 물결도 잔잔하게 하시는도다
30그들이 평온함으로 말미암아 기뻐하는 중에 여호와께서 그들이 바라는 항구로 인도하시는도다
31여호와의 인자하심과 인생에게 행하신 기적으로 말미암아 그를 찬송할지로다
32백성의 모임에서 그를 높이며 장로들의 자리에서 그를 찬송할지로다
33여호와께서는 강이 변하여 광야가 되게 하시며 샘이 변하여 마른 땅이 되게 하시며
34그 주민의 악으로 말미암아 옥토가 변하여 염전이 되게 하시며
35또 광야가 변하여 못이 되게 하시며 마른 땅이 변하여 샘물이 되게 하시고
36주린 자들로 말미암아 거기에 살게 하사 그들이 거주할 성읍을 준비하게 하시고
37밭에 파종하며 포도원을 재배하여 풍성한 소출을 거두게 하시며
38또 복을 주사 그들이 크게 번성하게 하시고 그의 가축이 감소하지 아니하게 하실지라도
39다시 압박과 재난과 우환을 통하여 그들의 수를 줄이시며 낮추시는도다
40여호와께서 고관들에게는 능욕을 쏟아 부으시고 길 없는 황야에서 유리하게 하시나
41궁핍한 자는 그의 고통으로부터 건져 주시고 그의 가족을 양 떼 같이 지켜 주시나니
42정직한 자는 보고 기뻐하며 모든 사악한 자는 자기 입을 봉하리로다
43지혜 있는 자들은 이러한 일들을 지켜보고 여호와의 인자하심을 깨달으리로다
1My heart is fixed, O God; I will sing, yea, I will sing praises, even with my glory.
2Awake, psaltery and harp: I myself will awake right early.
3I will give thanks unto thee, O Jehovah, among the peoples; And I will sing praises unto thee among the nations.
4For thy lovingkindness is great above the heavens; And thy truth `reacheth' unto the skies.

11Hast not thou cast us off, O God? And thou goest not forth, O God, with our hosts.
12Give us help against the adversary; For vain is the help of man.

1하나님이여 내 마음을 정하였사오니 내가 노래하며 나의 마음을 다하여 찬양하리로다
2비파야, 수금아, 깰지어다 내가 새벽을 깨우리로다
3여호와여 내가 만민 중에서 주께 감사하고 뭇 나라 중에서 주를 찬양하오리니
4주의 인자하심이 하늘보다 높으시며 주의 진실은 궁창에까지 이르나이다
5하나님이여 주는 하늘 위에 높이 들리시며 주의 영광이 온 땅에서 높임 받으시기를 원하나이다
6주께서 사랑하시는 자들을 건지시기 위하여 우리에게 응답하사 오른손으로 구원하소서
7하나님이 그의 성소에서 말씀하시되 내가 기뻐하리라 내가 세겜을 나누며 숙곳 골짜기를 측량하리라
8길르앗이 내 것이요 므낫세도 내 것이며 에브라임은 내 머리의 투구요 유다는 나의 규이며

10누가 나를 이끌어 견고한 성읍으로 인도해 들이며 누가 나를 에돔으로 인도할꼬
11하나님이여 주께서 우리를 버리지 아니하셨나이까 하나님이여 주께서 우리의 군대들과 함께 나아가지 아니하시나이다
12우리를 도와 대적을 치게 하소서 사람의 구원은 헛됨이니이다
13우리가 하나님을 의지하고 용감히 행하리니 그는 우리의 대적들을 밟으실 자이심이로다
1Hold not thy peace, O God of my praise;
2For the mouth of the wicked and the mouth of deceit have they opened against me: They have spoken unto me with a lying tongue.
3They have compassed me about also with words of hatred, And fought against me without a cause.
4For my love they are my adversaries: But I `give myself unto' prayer.
5And they have rewarded me evil for good, And hatred for my love.
6Set thou a wicked man over him; And let an adversary stand at his right hand.
7When he is judged, let him come forth guilty; And let his prayer be turned into sin.
8Let his days be few; `And' let another take his office.
9Let his children be fatherless, And his wife a widow.
10Let his children be vagabonds, and beg; And let them seek `their bread' out of their desolate places.
11Let the extortioner catch all that he hath; And let strangers make spoil of his labor.
12Let there be none to extend kindness unto him; Neither let there be any to have pity on his fatherless children.
13Let his posterity be cut off; In the generation following let their name be blotted out.
14Let the iniquity of his fathers be remembered with Jehovah; And let not the sin of his mother be blotted out.
15Let them be before Jehovah continually, That he may cut off the memory of them from the earth;
16Because he remembered not to show kindness, But persecuted the poor and needy man, And the broken in heart, to slay `them'.
17Yea, he loved cursing, and it came unto him; And he delighted not in blessing, and it was far from him.
18He clothed himself also with cursing as with his garment, And it came into his inward parts like water, And like oil into his bones.
19Let it be unto him as the raiment wherewith he covereth himself, And for the girdle wherewith he is girded continually.
20This is the reward of mine adversaries from Jehovah, And of them that speak evil against my soul.
21But deal thou with me, O Jehovah the Lord, for thy name's sake: Because thy lovingkindness is good, deliver thou me;
22For I am poor and needy, And my heart is wounded within me.
23I am gone like the shadow when it declineth: I am tossed up and down as the locust.
24My knees are weak through fasting; And my flesh faileth of fatness.
25I am become also a reproach unto them: When they see me, they shake their head.
26Help me, O Jehovah my God; Oh save me according to thy lovingkindness:
27That they may know that this is thy hand; `That' thou, Jehovah, hast done it.
28Let them curse, but bless thou: When they arise, they shall be put to shame, But thy servant shall rejoice.
29Let mine adversaries be clothed with dishonor, And let them cover themselves with their own shame as with a robe.
30I will give great thanks unto Jehovah with my mouth; Yea, I will praise him among the multitude.

1내가 찬양하는 하나님이여 잠잠하지 마옵소서
2그들이 악한 입과 거짓된 입을 열어 나를 치며 속이는 혀로 내게 말하며
3또 미워하는 말로 나를 두르고 까닭 없이 나를 공격하였음이니이다
4나는 사랑하나 그들은 도리어 나를 대적하니 나는 기도할 뿐이라
5그들이 악으로 나의 선을 갚으며 미워함으로 나의 사랑을 갚았사오니
6악인이 그를 다스리게 하시며 사탄이 그의 오른쪽에 서게 하소서
7그가 심판을 받을 때에 죄인이 되어 나오게 하시며 그의 기도가 죄로 변하게 하시며

13그의 자손이 끊어지게 하시며 후대에 그들의 이름이 지워지게 하소서
14여호와는 그의 조상들의 죄악을 기억하시며 그의 어머니의 죄를 지워 버리지 마시고
15그 죄악을 항상 여호와 앞에 있게 하사 그들의 기억을 땅에서 끊으소서
16그가 인자를 베풀 일을 생각하지 아니하고 가난하고 궁핍한 자와 마음이 상한 자를 핍박하여 죽이려 하였기 때문이니이다
17그가 저주하기를 좋아하더니 그것이 자기에게 임하고 축복하기를 기뻐하지 아니하더니 복이 그를 멀리 떠났으며
18또 저주하기를 옷 입듯 하더니 저주가 물 같이 그의 몸 속으로 들어가며 기름 같이 그의 뼈 속으로 들어갔나이다
19저주가 그에게는 입는 옷 같고 항상 띠는 띠와 같게 하소서
20이는 나의 대적들이 곧 내 영혼을 대적하여 악담하는 자들이 여호와께 받는 보응이니이다
21그러나 주 여호와여 주의 이름으로 말미암아 나를 선대하소서 주의 인자하심이 선하시오니 나를 건지소서
22나는 가난하고 궁핍하여 나의 중심이 상함이니이다
23나는 석양 그림자 같이 지나가고 또 메뚜기 같이 불려 가오며
24금식하므로 내 무릎이 흔들리고 내 육체는 수척하오며
25나는 또 그들의 비방거리라 그들이 나를 보면 머리를 흔드나이다
26여호와 나의 하나님이여 나를 도우시며 주의 인자하심을 따라 나를 구원하소서
27이것이 주의 손이 하신 일인 줄을 그들이 알게 하소서 주 여호와께서 이를 행하셨나이다
28그들은 내게 저주하여도 주는 내게 복을 주소서 그들은 일어날 때에 수치를 당할지라도 주의 종은 즐거워하리이다
29나의 대적들이 욕을 옷 입듯 하게 하시며 자기 수치를 겉옷 같이 입게 하소서
30내가 입으로 여호와께 크게 감사하며 많은 사람 중에서 찬송하리니
31그가 궁핍한 자의 오른쪽에 서사 그의 영혼을 심판하려 하는 자들에게서 구원하실 것임이로다
1Jehovah saith unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand, Until I make thine enemies thy footstool.
2Jehovah will send forth the rod of thy strength out of Zion: Rule thou in the midst of thine enemies.
3Thy people offer themselves willingly In the day of thy power, in holy array: Out of the womb of the morning Thou hast the dew of thy youth.
4Jehovah hath sworn, and will not repent: Thou art a priest for ever After the order of Melchizedek.
5The Lord at thy right hand Will strike through kings in the day of his wrath.
6He will judge among the nations, He will fill `the places' with dead bodies; He will strike through the head in many countries.
7He will drink of the brook in the way: Therefore will he lift up the head.
